non blackberry headset for making / receiving calls
 

Hi there,

I have a Blackberry Curve and hate the headphones that are supplied for making 'hands free' calls.

I would like to buy a headset with microphone attached for ease of use, that I can plug into the blackberry when I am sat at my desk. I am not looking for a bluetooth solution as I need something that doesn't require re charging.

I spend a lot of time on the phone, need my hands free and the crick in my neck is getting worse holding the phone against my shoulder! Can anyone suggest a good headset I can buy and if so, does it fit straight into the phone or do i need to get a 3.5mm adaptor to make it fit??

Fairly useless at finding such answers :oops:, please some help me (y)!!

Are you looking for the earpiece or a full blown headset?

Any earpiece that has a compatible plug should work. Not sure about a real headset however. Don't know if the BB has the power to drive it.
