8-) What's the method used to create a group that will allow for PIN to PIN communications. I want to create a group that will list users pin numbers only and use it as a distribution list. when the internal network is not available how can I accomplish this. I'm using lotus notes

This looks like a duplicate question to the one you posted in the BES Admin forum.

The only way I'm aware to create a dist. list for PINs is on the device (each device). I'm 99.9% sure it can't be done via the BES and maintained in one spot.

what i want to do is be able to sync with my contacts after the pin group is created or create a field in the NAB that can be used to for this purpose allowing users to sync locally

after some research I've confrmed that pin to pin in groups is not available.
option would be to use ECL Build Emergency Contact List using the kit from RIM (its a free tool to build a
prototype MDS app)
I will test this and post my findngs
