Speech to text app

I would like to know if black berry has the speech to text technology running on any of there phones or tablet.

there is 3rd party apps from the BlackBerry App world that you can download for this, as if you it being installed on the BlackBerry out of the box pretty sure there is nothing on it pre-installed

Get Vlingo, there is a free and paid version. It really is nice.

Also, if you search on Blackberry World, Dragon is free. It is pretty good, and I would suggest giving it a try!
