App World loses apps after OS upgrade or BB Desktop restore
 

I upgraded my TMO Bold 9700 to the latest Tmobile sanctioned software, but after the upgrade, App World had lost its list of managed applications, so I can't easily find what I've installed previously, reinstall them, delete them, etc.

I tried restoring from a full backup from DM, to no avail.

Is there any way to get AppWorld to redownload or reassociate itself with applications that were downloaded through it originally?

Same here. I believe it is the nature of the beast. No ideas except to make a written list for future reference. Anyone else?

You can try this: First, make sure you log in when you open App World. Then, click on the "my world" tab. When it opens, hold down the alt key and type r s t App world will close. When you reopen it, all your apps should be back in my world.
