BlackBerry Forums Support Community - 8830 - Garmin Monthly Subscription Activation prob

I have an 8830 through Sprint, and I wanted to try the Garmin GPS navigation, so I purchased a monthly subscription from Handmark. The software seemed to install OK, but when it tries to activate (requiring only my phone #), it continues to say "License Invalid - Try again later".

My attempts to get help from Garmin are essentially "go to our web site, log in and go to My Extras to activate". The only link there is to buy the monthly service direct from Garmin, and no way I can find to activate what I already bought.

Questions to Handmark are as yet unanswered - and after 2 hours of searching I have found no help on any other forum or source.

My GPS works fine with the installed map application and with Google Maps - but for real navigation they both lack some features I need from the Garmin app.
