Bridge not working after software update
 

Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this, but I'm hoping some of you might be able to help me. I installed the latest version of 6.0 on my 9300 the other night and since then, have not been able to use bridge on my playbook. It connects no problem but when I try to open any of the apps, it tells me it is incompatible. For example, when I open BBM on my playbook, it says "Blackberry Bridge plug-in for Blackberry Messenger does not exist, or your version of Blackberry Messenger does not support Blackberry Bridge." BBM works fine on my phone and prior to the update, it worked through bridge as well. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix it?

Have you verified that you have the latest versions of both BBM and BlackBerry Bridge actually installed?

Second what MM said. Unfortunately most OS upgrades will downgraid your BBM for you. I just upgraded my Torch 9800 to 6.0.0.666 and had to upgrade BBM from AppWorld. After that everything was good.
