camera not working

Hi,how do i solve the Problem of uncaught exception:java.lang.arithmeticexception on my curve 8300 when i try to open the canmera.counting on you.thsnks.

Try a battery pull first and see if that doesn't help to clear things up.

I have the same problem with mine. However, I dropped it from about seven feet, so I figured something must have jarred loose. It self corrected once( at least I think so) till I driopped it again. Now it doesn't work. Soon as I can find an itty bitty screw driver I plan to dig into it. Sorry I'm not more helpful but at least I know it's not just me now.

Try dropping it again may be it will self correct again ;-).
That's a joke don't.

If problem is not related to dropping try upgrading/reloading the OS.
