no network available on phone please any solution

Blackberry's require a specific blackberry data plan.

the phone is not seeing the network at all I have checked the network cable the sim seat and they are okay but yet I scanned for network and yet no network putting it on auto search mode still no network please what can I do thanks

If the phone does not see any cell service then it may be defective.
So if you are sure you have service on the SIM and if possible you tested it in another phone. the only other thing you can try is the options settings and make sure the service is not off

options, network connections, mobile network, check to see if the mobile network show a listing. if not then either the phone is defective or the SIM is after testing to be sure it works.

Now if your not talking about the cell service and are really talking about WIFI then the next thing to check is to be sure the service is on also.
Options, network and connections, wifi network.

Maybe your phone's imei has gone/lost. did try updating your phone?

The IMEI is not able to be lost. the cell phones all have one and it part of the electronics not the OS. that's how the carriers id the phone.
now there are ways to change it on some phone types such as Android but the probability of it being lost unless the OP played with the phone or someone did before he received it is low.
I'm still betting on a defective phone.
