Not getting text messages please help!
 

So out of no where about 2 days ago my phone started acting up with text messages. First off it still says I have 1 unread text when I dont. I can send and receive text messages, however I dont get notified or anything when I get a new text. The only way I know if I got a text is if I just happen to go click on an old text and once I open it then it will show a new text message. Someone please help me?

Try a battery pull. With the device on, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in and let it reboot.

If that doesn't work, resend your service and do a battery pull again.

You can't. bb10 doesn't use the BIS push.

I would recommend(rather than pulling the battery) restart the hub

(upper right corner drag down to center 5 times in a row)

That generally fixes almost everything(in regards to hub access in the like) but an empty battery reading (on inserting a fresh one... that was only solved by a restart)
