Help - New BES 5.0.3 server

I am building a new Bes 5.0.3 with MR 8 onto a new Windows 2008 R2 SP1 server (Latest updates applied).
The CDO.DLL version for this server is: 6.5.8244.0

This is connecting to an Exchange 2003 SP2 server.

I get the CDOCalendar::ProcessWindowsTimezoneInfo- No Index value present error when I start the services on the BES server. I currently have one UK based test user on the server.
{bes.testcompany.com}-CDOCalendar::ProcessWindowsTimezoneInfo- No Index value present

I can activate, send and receive, reconcile Outlook and Handheld

I understand that this is probably down to missing timezone information in the Blackberry registry and I cannot ignore what will be thousands of warning/errors by the time I have moved all my existing users to it.

Another thing I have seen in my searches is the CDO.dll and Mapi32.dll versions, according to BB KB10197 as long as the versions are higher than the Exchange server this shouldn't be an issue. If this is the issue how do I get matching versions onto Windows 2008 R2?

I have added the timezone info to the registry using "Update_for_CDO_6.5.8131.0.64bit.reg"
as suggested in KB20156 ((One hour ahead on BB).
Prior to this I have added:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432node\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Time Zone Identification\Syria Standard Time]
xxx8220;StdKeyNamexxx8221;=xxx8221;Syria Standard Timexxx8221;
xxx8220;Indexxxx8221;=dword:875fe5ff

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432node\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Time Zone Identification\UTC+12]
xxx8220;StdKeyNamexxx8221;=xxx8221;UTC+12?
xxx8220;Indexxxx8221;=dword:2f5fc5ff

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432node\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Time Zone Identification\UTC-02]
xxx8220;StdKeyNamexxx8221;=xxx8221;UTC-02?
xxx8220;Indexxxx8221;=dword:774ff500

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432node\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Time Zone Identification\UTC-11]
xxx8220;StdKeyNamexxx8221;=xxx8221;UTC-11?
xxx8220;Indexxxx8221;=dword:93501500

Mauritius time is present - I read this was giving some issues.

Can anyone advise me as to the best course of action. At this stage I can reinstall as it is in the configuration phase. I have already rebuilt the server just in case it was a bad install.

Many thanks and hopefully I will be able to help out in the future.

Mike

Re: Help - New BES 5.0.3 server

this should help with time zone
KB18396-"{USER}-CDOCalendar::ProcessWindowsTimezoneInfo- No Index value present" appears in Windows Event Viewer Application Log for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server installed on Windows Server 2008

I am using latest CDO on my BES 5 and connecting to Exchange 2003. Running server 2003 though.
