BlackBerry email password HELP!
 

Sorry if there is another thread about this, I couldn't find it if it exist... BUT hopefully you guy's can help me. I recently upgraded to my 9330 curve and I have gone into BIS and activated my emails,but the problem at hand is I have for gotten my @sprint.Blackberry.net password. I set a password hint,but like many,I've forgot it lol. Is there anyway I can reset/retrieve it???? Sprint is zero help (y) If anyone can help me it would be awesome! Thanks!!!

You need to call Sprint and have them reset it. If you cannot remember it, then that is the only option.

And BTW, some of us do not recommend using the carrier supplied email account for 3 main reasons: (1) no SPAM filter whatsoever (2) when you change carriers or cancel your BIS account, that address is gone forever and (3) the only way to read email coming to that account is on the BB, so in a data outage, you cant receive/send/read email.

Okay thanks! I didn't really use it for anything important anyways lol,so ill just let it go.
