installing visual studio plugin
 

Hello,
I am having some problems installing the visual studio plugin. I am running Vista SP1 with visual studio 2008. I keep getting a strong password error when trying to install sql server and then the install seems to die.
has anyone had any luck installing on a similar system?

As far as I know, the plugin will only work with VS 2005. I have both VS 2005 and VS 2008 installed and when I installed the plugin it only shows up in VS 2005.

I installed visual studio 2005. I am still having trouble installing the plug-in. I think it has something to do with Vista. I am getting a permissions error when it is trying to install sql server 2005. does anyone know if there is a way around this error?

Yup.. the 1.0.x releases do not support VS2008 or Vista
