BlackBerry id password verification
Recently, I have tried to to verify my BlackBerry id. But, attempt it, the screen goes back to a newer screen asking for me to enter my password again.
I have a Z10 phone and this problem is so annoying. When I called BlackBerry, they said, "because, the phone is more that 1 year old", I would have to pay $35 (around £20) before they could help me solve the problem. Can anyone help me fix this problem in easy to understand instructions? |

I have seen this and in most cases it's due to dropped data packets and the receiver simply asks for a resend. It may be that the App for security reasons reverts back to the start.
If the browser seems to take longer or requires you to reenter or refresh something your trying to see then it also may be the same overloaded carrier network dropping packets. |
