"Flag for followup" not synching with Outlook (BES)
 

If I set a flag on an email on my 9800 by pressing W, the copy of the email I see in Outlook doesn't ever get its flag set. It doesn't work in the other direction either.

If I mark an email as read, the read status synchs across to Exchange fairly quickly in either direction, so I assume it's all working properly.

Is flagging supposed to synch, or has this never worked?

It works fine on my iPad, although it's the iPad that has triggered my need to use flags, with its stupid way of marking things as read accidentally.
