Change mobile provider
I have a 9900 currently. On O2 UK, keeping device and want to move to EE UK. Should I have to do anything with O2 before getting blackberry services with EE.
I got a PAYG SIM from EE, added the blackberry pack, but although I get 3G (yes capital G) and can web browse, no blackberry services. HRT is blank. I send request but never get registration. On 7.1, about to upgrade to latest load. BB is unlocked from O2 as SIM works and calls work it is just BB services |
Re: Change mobile provider
Only thing I'm aware of is make sure the carrier you are leaving disassociates your device's PIN from the BIS service you had with that carrier. It probably happens as a matter of ending your service with that carrier, but not sure what all can go wrong. Anyway, you want to avoid a situation where you cannot register for BIS with the new carrier because your PIN is still registered through the other carrier.
