SMS Contact Showing Under BBM
 

My friend recently got a Blackberry and I was trying to invite her to become a BBM contact, but now I somehow have her SMS and BBM showing up under my BBM. I know similar people have had problems where they "linked" SMS and BBM, but that's not what happened to me. SMS and BBM show up separately in my BBM. Can anyone tell me how to remove it? Thanks.

Go to the contact in BBM, press Menu and select "Remove Contacts Link".

That option doesn't appear. As I said, the accounts are not linked, it is showing them separately in the BBM window.

Nevermind, I just deleted the contact. I was worried that if I did that on BBM it would delete all the contact info but it didn't.
