I thought I read That Ubertwitter planned a big release on Monday, including FB integration

I'll probably give it a shot but RIMs integration with SocialFeeds is tough to beat for me.

Very hard to answer in one post. All I can say is that Ubertwitter has many more features compared with the RIM app. If you just do basic tweeting RIM will suffice

If you can, go ahead and give both a try. You might find that you like one over the other based on useability, interface, or something else.

UberTwitter is now out of beta and has released version 1.0 for BlackBerry users. It's pretty much Beta 9 but with the ability to post to Facebook as well.

I like how they're generally quite responsive to users' comments and feedback. Each new version sees some sort of improvement.
