BES 5.0.4 MR1 for Exchange removed?
 

It used to be on the download page, but not seeing it anymore. Is anyone else seeing this? I was going to apply these this past weekend, but the BesMGMT database was on an old compatibility level. Just wondering if there was a possible issue with the release.

I downloaded it last month.

Here are the release notes. I know that these are sometimes released prior, but I've got the binary as well. Maybe it was accidently released early? It did seem it was there for a while though, not just a few days.

I talked to a tech at Vox, he's seeing the same thing. It's gone both from the public side and their private side to RIM. He's going to ask them about it. He found no posted advisories. They are running MR1 themselves in Production.

Hi,

I just had a support incident with RIM where I was told MR1 was pulled due to an issue with the dispatcher service. At the moment I have no further info.

Well - found this description:

"BlackBerry Dispatcher service crashes repeatedly with Access Violation error". (remove space before .ca)

Vox just told me now that it was due to performance issues. I guess the dispatcher service crashing that much could be considered a performance issue...
