Unable to view special characters or chinese/japanese letters on Website or BBM
 

Hi

I recently upgraded the OS 6.0.0.448 for Blackberry Torch 9800, and realized that I am unable to view most of the special characters on BBM or view any of the letter fonts iin foreign letters in chinese or japanese while browsing the websites. I dont understand, as previously on my original pre-installed OS 6.0.0.285 I was able to view all kinds letter fonts, when I switched it back to same version of OS 6.0.0.285, i was not able to view the fonts letters, all i got was black boxes on the webpages and BBM when anyone put any special character of a plane or boat ... I also tried 6.0.0.337 and re-setting the blackberry again, but to no avail.
