How to upload papers from work to view on 9650

I'm trying to figure out how to put work materials on my Bold 9650. I'm not to schooled on Documents To Go. Is this where I should start and if so, any tutorials out there. or should I buy an Excel/Word app. I call on 20-30 accounts and want that info on my Bold 9650 if thats possible

What format are the "work materials"?

They would probably be scanned off our company printer and sent to my e-mail address

Also, Is there a way to upload excel or word documents off my corp computer to my Bold?

I've been very pleased using DropBox to store documents to be called up on my 9650 later. ;-)

Ok. Let me try again.

What FORMAT (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG, etc) are the "work materials"?

Your BlackBerry should have come with the basic version of Documents to Go. This will open, read, and edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents. The Premium version (paid) will also open PDF files.

You should be able to email the "excel or word documents" from your work computer to your BlackBerry. Alternately, you can copy them to the Media Card using the USB cable with the BlackBerry in Mass Storage Mode.
