lock ups problems at specific range of time
 

Hi guys, my name is Hernan and i´m from Chile and i´m new here!

I´m having lots of problem with an user (BB 9320), he have lockups were the Blackberry is busy processing data and because of that he cant move the scroll or do pretty much anything.
This happen between 5:30 pm to 6:15, the rest of the time it works good. I have changes his Blackberry and also the SIM card but the problem persist.

I´m going to make a clean restoration, without any third party up, but im open for any suggestion to resolve this problem.
