Migrating from Exchange 2003 to 2010 with BES5 - Steps to take?
 

Hi everybody,

we have BES5 SP1 MR2 and Exchange 2003 SP2.
Now we have two new Exchange 2010 servers.
I upgraded Mapi on BES5 to 1.2.1, and Exchange 2010 to Update Rollup 3.

Now I'm about to move the mailboxes (with already activated users)
to the new exchange.

What else should I check / modify before moving mailboxes?
Will BES5 automatically find the mailboxes on the new exchange?
Do I need to set the send as permissions for besadmin account again?

Seems to me there's no guide for Exchange upgrades.
Just for BES itself, I read that when migration from BES 4 to 5 one year ago.
