9930 OTA Update Issues
For 2 weeks I've set the 7.0 update on my 9930 Bold (verizon) to update at 2am and it never does. So I decided, regretfully, to update today during work. Unfortunately it's been 6 hours and only 4% of the backup has completed. I said forget the damn update and pulled the battery several times only to be forced into the same update and same 4% result. At this point I could care less about the update - I have 500+ retail locations depending on me and need service. Anyone know how to kill this terrible RIM update?? thanks!
