Application icons not being showed on menu
 

Hello guys,

Hope you can help me on this, because I am becoming crazy about this

I just got a curve 8520 BB

I installed Whastapp and Facebook applications, but none of these icons were added to the menu. I was searching internet and I saw many pages saying that solution to this is to click on menu button, and select Show All

But when I hold BB menu button, what I got is the more important icon in a new floating menu, but noting about a "Show All" button.

I can execute Whatsapp by going to App World --> Installed --> Whatsapp --> Menu Key --> Execute

But for Facebook application, I cant even do this because I have no 'Execute' option.

This is something should be much simpler but I cant get this working at all!!
