Email Account Setup

:bb:I am trying to recover the email accounts that I had set up on my Torch 9800. Had 3 and one was my att.blackberry.net account. I have gone into my applications on my blackberry desktop and it is showing that my phone is locked out of the email account setup. When I try to use the email setup on my phone, the phone locks up. Had Att tech look at it and they cant get the email app to work either. Help! I need my emails.

or call back AT&T and ask to be escalated to BlackBerry Support.
