Blackberry Messaging Agent

BES Version - 4.1.6 MR3
Mail System - Lotus Domino 8.0.2

I'm getting the following BES alert around 10 times a month on average:

<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent ServerName (Application Event Log on ServerName) | 04/09/2009 09:01:48 (EFFF0000) -> EventID:efff0000Assertion failed: Deleted MEMHANDLE handle which we did not allocate (C:\ABS10\Components\NotesBES\4.1.6\LocalBuild\Not esBES\BES\textconv.cpp, line 1770)

Anyone know what this means? I searched but couldn't find anything related on the forum...

Thanks

BES error thrown when a user tries to view embedded images or a format of HTML within a message. The BES freaks out 'cause it cannot interpret. Not a big deal, just a notification. If it was an issue, BES would categorize it as [10000], [20000], or one of the others. Since it's listed as N/A, delete the notification and carry on. That's what I do.

We have these errors too but no issues reported for the usage. I guess another incident of falsely print out an internal exception check to the log files again...

I have 2 users that receive WAV attachments via ATT via email. The user will always receive the email on their BB but not always the attachment. When they don't receive the attachment I get this error in the event viewer.

"Assertion failed: Deleted MEMHANDLE handle which we did not allocate (C:\ABS10\Components\NotesBES\4.1.6\LocalBuild\Not esBES\BES\textconv.cpp, line 1770)."
