Then...if this is true, I'll be calling AT&T bright and early Thursday morning and ordering my new 8300. If not...I'll be waiting like everybody else...;-)
We'll see... |

I understand that at&t will have the exclu for 90 days for the 8300. Have you heard anything about tmo releasing the 8320 anytime soon? or am I better off just buying the at&t 8300 and un-locking it?

I imagine the 8320 will be late july with the 8120 following about 3-4 weeks later. I just can't see them releasing it any earlier than that, they have been trying to spread major releases out about a month between. However it could be the 8120 first and then the 8320. |
Just spoke to an AT&T Business Technical Services rep after helping me with a glitch with my Treo 680's email auto-sync. He affirmed that the Blackberry 8300 would indeed be launched on Thursday, May 31. He was actually waiting on the news himself...since he is a Blackberry fan (uses an 8700 now).
So...guess it's a real deal. |
so whats up with the "launch party" on the 7th? i know its for the distribution channels and all but whoever is attending will have had the curve in stock for a week and are probably not that excited anymore.

My friend at AT&T confirmed that they will be having their "class" on the 8300 today. She did not have prices but will this am when she comes in. She says that there will not be any shortages as her store has more 8300s being shipped to the store than any other phone she has seen introduced. Supply should be good!

I guess that guy sellin those units on Ebay really did know after all! Thursday Baby!!!

For AT&T to keep this all under wraps till the day they are going to be sold is quite a feat! |

Looks like the ebay indicator failed me this time around. No one selling an at&t branded device...yet! Come one ebay, don't let me down. We still have today for one to show up! lol
So, do you think some of these stores actually have them in the back and can't sell till tomorrow or will "some stores" start receiving them tomorrow? |
