My Blackberry Stopped Working!
 

I installed NetQin on my phone about one months ago. yesterday, I test my alarm antiloss. Unfortunately, my wife enter wrong password and than on the screen shohwing 'wiping'. The phone stopped working since then and I cannot access anything.
What can I do to get my blackberry (curve 9300) back???. Please????

Do you have a backup of your data? She had to enter the password wrong multiple times.

Once a BlackBerry is wiped, the data is not recoverable.

No.
You need to reload the operating system and then hope you have a backup. If you have no backed up data, you have a problem.

Why did you load an anti virus program onto a BlackBerry, which has had no viruses written for it?

i load NetQin anti virus for protect my blackberry from thief (stolen).

Look on your PC hard drive for a file with an extension of IPD (search the C: drive for *.ipd).

12 files found with IPD. some files name: IPDESIGN.DLL, ymsgipdl, wmipdsk.dll
that file you mean???

You want the file extension to be .ipd not .dll.
