Creating new user on BES 5
 

Hi All,

So we've just installed the new BES 5.0.1 on a Server 2008 box running Lotus Domino 8.5.1. Everything seems to be up and running ok, and I can log into the BAS too. I have created a new user, it searched and found the user from the address book ok, and I managed to set the activation password fine also.

When activating the device, the screen will stay at the "activating . . . " screen.

The ETP.DAT email appears and disappears from the Notes client mailbox.

RIM are currently investigating but can anyone think what the problem could be?
I have the log files if anyone wishes to see?

A couple of messages saying:
03/18/2010 10:41:21 AM {username} PIM state data does not exist
03/18/2010 10:41:35 AM {username} SyncFolderList (user Andy McAloon/NSL/NAG_EUROPE): can not synchronize folder view with legacy folder list (Note item not found 0x0222)

appear on the Domino console screen.

After upgrade from 5.0.0 to 5.0.1 and lotus Domino 8.5.1fp3
