Convert power key to lock key?

I like to lock my device immediately after using and not wait for timeout. Anyway to get screen lock key on top to password lock phone?

No, not out of the box anyway. If there is an app that provides that functionality, I don't know.

I'm hoping there will be a keyboard shortcut (like K) on keyboard models in the future.
