Someone please offer some advice. I cant sync to my Desktop manager. When I connect the cords DM says it doesnt rrecognize any blackberry device.

Someone, anyone have any ideas

This is not a case of the DM version. There must be something else.

You say you got it from a friend. Was it on corporate BES? Do you know?
Look at Options > Security > General Settings. What is at the bottom under 'Services' or listed at "Policy Name:"?

It says ***no Services***

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong

Does your BB get the charging symbol at the battery icon on the homescreen when connected via USB?

Have you installed the handheld software? If not, download and install it.

JSanders 02-28-2008 11:08 AM

You won't need the handheld OS simply connect via USB, but thanks.
