"Battery drained device shutting down"

9700 OS 5.0.0.714 T-mo.

Have just started to get this happen multiple times a day. BB beeps then shows above msg then locks. Have to pull battery to reboot.

Battery is good as swapped with wifes 9700.

Did a search but couldn't find anything definitive. Any ideas?
