1 blackberry device with 2 separate BES servers
 

Our company going to separate to 2 different ones. Each company will have separate domain, exchange and BES server, but some stuff will have email account in both domains (managers and CEO’s). Is the anyway setup 1 blackberry device with 2 separate BES servers.

You cannot have one device connected to two different BES servers. Each device is connected to one mailbox on one server, that's the way it works.

If your company allows IMAP connections to mailboxes you should be able to set up a second mailbox using a BIS account however, you won't get things like calendar/contacts, but you can at least get the email.

Officially no, but there is a workaround. If you search this forum you'll find it. One of them will always be default or primary SMTP though so won't let you reply as each one of them I think.
