BES MVS and WiFi CA auto-enroll issue

We are deploying a RIM MVS server. My role is to get the BES profile, WiFi, MVS client push and CA store auto 'push' to handhelds.

Everything is working great, except that users are getting the error "There was an error while trying to fetch the certificate chain."

It's explained in KB23180.

I contacted RIM through our ISP and got the official word from RIM. "Unfortunately the development team was not able to provide an ETA or a workaround at this time."

So, next logical step is to get the certs on the handhelds manually...BUT...the company has decided they want to lock down the certs and not allow users to export them from their PC or email them. We are now pretty much stuck.

I'm hoping someone has seen this before and has found a reasonable workaround?

We're on Domino - BES version 5.0.3 MR6 ...most handhelds are 9900s

Thanks!!:

No need to double post. I moved your other thread to the BES section.
