need help !!! bb 9300. keeps turning off few seconds from turning on
 
hi ppl.

i have a blackberry 9300 and today it started acting strange . it turned itself off , and when it came back on it did the security check thingy . i put my password word in and it froze, and turned off.

it has been doing this for the past 7 hours .
it doesnt give me time to reset it .

and now i'm at a lose as what it could be .

any help would be very greatfull

What is "the security check thingy"?

Have you tried a battery pull?

Have you installed any new apps recently?

Have you tried backing up the device and reloading the device OS?

no idea
yes
one but i removed it
it wont give me enough time to do anything . few mins after it comes on it freezes then goes off.

managed to reset it ,but its doing it again. its like its in a loop, but i cant get it out of it .

knew i should of got a different phone. i might just take a hammer to it .

Things to look at:

If you are using. Micro SD card, remove it and try again.

It would also go try another battery, especially if you can borrow one.

Try to boot in safe mode. If so, do a full backup.

As last resort, reinstall the OS. Crackberry has a decent article on recovering a nuked BlackBerry.

Caveat: If you have dropped the device or gotten it wet, you are very likely out of luck.
