Finally - but need help...
 

Hi Everyone

After 3 years of using my BB 8300 I moved to the BB 9700 and what a world of difference. I'm in love with the device, speed, service etc. I've yet to do a battery pull (fingers crossed).

Question I have is I need to get some accessories. I'm looking for a good screen protector, skin and case.

Any recommendations?

Problem is too many recommendations so I was looking for something more specific from 9700 users.

I've been using the Capdase proective holder for my 9700 when I don't use the holster. The pouch itself comes with screen protectors so you won't have to worry about that. That is unfort the only extra I've bought for my phone. It works well for me. Only thing I would have liked is a desktop stand/charger.

I love my Otterbox Defender case. I found the cheapest place to buy them is at buy.com

I have used an otterbox case on all my Blackberries and they have always looked like I just took them out of the box. It is a great provider of protection for my BB.

i went to ebay to buy screen protectors.
quality is pretty good and it was 3 screens for 1$.
it was iphone screens, but just cut it.

Lots of people are recommending the Otterbox Defender case. But unfort I cannot find it here in South Africa... that sucks. :-/

How heavy is the otterbox case?

I normally buy a screen protector and a regular skin together with the blackberry case. It has served me well on my 8300. I'm concerned this case will look like a box.
