Try pulling the battery and wait a few minutes then replace. If that does not work and you did not drop or get the phone wet it may need to have the OS reloaded.
I would try the battery.
Also if you loaded any Apps before this they may need to be removed.

Use Blackberry LINK for managing the phone. Link is free at blackberry.com

Akalife,
Your battery is defective

BlackBerry 10 smartphone will not startup and displays an image with a link to www.bberror.com/bb10-0020

Then the connections on the phone may be causing the problem. did the phone get wet or was it exposed to moisture? If you are able to, look at the connectors and see if they look discolored or not clean. you can try cleaning them but be very careful. if that does not work it may be a hardware issue and the internals may be showing to the OS a problem that does not exist or one that is not visible to you.

You already tried the reload so if none of this works it may be truly hardware and either repair of replacement would be appropriate depending on cost.
