I only receive 1 mail out of 10 on my BB... PLEASE help
 

Hello,
since yesterday i've had major problems with my email on my bb curve 8310.
i only receive 1 mail out of 10 om my phone.
They are on my gmail inbox but they don't get to my phone.
i've tried sending myself emails from my gmail account and they don't show on my phone either.
I am connected, i can surf the net, and i received my email to activate my membership on this forum right away.

I have deleted my email from the phone and added it again, it changed nothing.

I also took away the batterie for 30 sec while the phone was still on for a reboot but that didnt help either.
I've also dove a diagnostic test.

I checked on gmail and the IMAP is enabled...
I really need help.

By the way when i do a diagnostic test a NO comes up under my email:
(server name:GBxxxxxx6fgljd
Email address: mynameatgmail.com
Connected to: mynameatgmail.com
NO)
is that maybe the problem and how do i fix it?

when you say "deleted email from my phone and added it again"
you did this through BIS?

resend the service books.
failing that, check the advanced settings on the account and make sure everything is correct.

I feel kind of stupid bit i dont know what BIS or BES is and what it is i'm using...
what i ment by that is that i went into:
-Email setup
-Email accounts
and then deleted my account.
afterward i added my gmail again but that was not succesfull.

i have sent the service books, and the gotten and email which said that i had successfully set up my email.

but the problem is still not fixed.

Yes the email setup is BIS (blackberry Internet Service).
When you say that lots of messages still don't show up, is this new incomming messages still dont show?
as it wont push emails already in your inbox and read.

Yes its the new ones from various senders that don't show on my bb, but they do on my gmail inbox.
and i have no filter or anything in gmail.

id say that perhaps its a data outage, but you said your getting other emails rom other accounts.
is this the onyl gmail account you have and are not getting email from?
