No input languages shown

Hello everyone,
Please help, I am having this problem with input languages, I have BB 9650 in english.In order to change its language , I downloaded DM from BB official website, and when I connected the phone to my PC , I found no input languages shown in the application loader.My BB os version is 5
PLease help I need to change the language to french .:-(:-(:-(:cry:
