BlackBerry Forums Support Community - meeting invites are not coming to black berry phone

Hi All,

I am facing problem with one out of 20 black berry phones in company. On this particular phone meeting invites are not coming. They are coming in the outlook and user has the ability to accept or decline. Although meeting is shown in black berry calender once it is accepted.All the remaining users are fine with meeting invites etc. My environment is as follows.

BES Version: 5.0.2 bundle 14

Exchange 2007 (coming built in with SBS 2008)

Outlook 2010

I have tried the following options

1-wireless syn in enabled under calender settings.

2-BESADMIN account can send and receive e-mails on his behalf

3- Tried re-activating the device

4- did security wipe on the device and reactivated the device

5- deleted the user account from BES and added again then repeated step 3 and 4

6- Switched the physical phone and repeated step 3,4,5

I assume that dll files are fine between exchange and black berry servers because all other users are getting meeting invites etc.

I am stuck here now.

Please help!!!!!!
