Pending packets have disappeared BESx 5.0.4
 

Hi All

Wonder if anyone can help. i have a BES Express 5.0.4.
I had a user who hadn't used his BlackBerry for a while and so ended up with some 85 emails pending on the BES.
After the user started his BlackBerry, the pending packets on the BES disappeared but they didnt arrive on his device.
He's only receiving new emails. What happened to the pending packets?

if device is set to hold only 30 days (default) then they wont be there if older than that

Does user have correct date on device?
