Problems with mac after installing Blackberry
 

Hello,

I've got a problem. I was installing the software for my blackberry on my mac. Afterward he had to restart. He never did. I can't start my Mac anymore.

Did anyone had the same problem?

Who is "he"?

What OS is on the Mac? What version of DM?

Most likely, you need to call Apple tech support.

Never had the same problem, mate... What OS version are you using anyway? I'm on a macbook pro mid 2010 running snow leopard.

Never had that problem either.

I believe for BB Desktop Manager for Mac the thread starter needs snow leopard or Leopard at the LEAST.

PS: Start your Mac in safeboot:
Press and hold Option+S or its Command+S

(if you ask what is command then you shouldn't be doing ANY application installations on your Mac and its you at fault, not desktop manager).
