request entity too large problem

Help. My pearl can't download file more than 14 mb. When I try from browser, it says request entity too large. I'm using telkomsel as isp, but my friend can download file even 150mb or bigger and he's using same isp. Why I can't, please help me.

The internet browser has a limit. The wifi/hot spot browser does not have a limit.

If you are connecting to the mobile network using the internet browser, and assuming you have wifi capability, connect via wifi and use the wifi browser to download.
