2 Domains, 1 BES, User with 2 mailboxes

Hello!
I need a little assistance from you all. We have a Groupwise server that is setup for 2 different domains, a primary and secondary. We have about a dozen people on our primary domain using our BES server to push email. Here's the issue, we have one user that has a mailbox on both the primary and secondary domains, and would like to push email to his handheld for both of them. He presently forwards his secondary domain email to a Gmail address, which in turn is setup on his BB, but that is unacceptable, we would like all his email to go through the BES to his handheld, is that possible? I've read a lot of posts on various sites, but none with definitive answers. Thanks in advance!

Sharon

One BES account per handheld. No way around that restriction, but you can use up to 10 POP3/IMAP accounts with that single BES one. Perhaps the user could access the second account via OWA?

I was getting an Exchange Server (non-BES) on my BlackBerry from work via OWA and the email was indeed instant push. No sub-folders, but my inbox was available and I could also send from that account. Otherwise you're stuck with forwarding to a POP3/IMAP account like your user has been doing.

I would council that user to streamline his accounts and use only one domain on BES. It's a work habit thing, not so much a tech issue. It can be a tough sell, especially when the user might be a non-tech savvy exec. They hate to be told "no". But sometimes that's the only answer.
