Anyone try this out yet? For me personally 448 doesn't work to well on my phone. 418 is the most stable for me.

It installed OK for me. I don't see anything obviously different. I'm hoping my battery life will get better, it seemed to get a lot worse with 448.

448 was running really well for me and this build so far is just as good (approx 17hrs). Mind you, there are memory leaks in both builds, and while on 448, I had to reboot every 5 days or so. Battery life has been consistently good and reboots are quick. OS 5 (every build and beta until OS 6 released) on my device was horrible and took roughly 9.5 mins whenever I rebooted.

I have 15 apps installed and just over 15MB of memory (forgot to check upon fresh reboot)

are there changelogs with any of these leaks?

We are the changelogs. ;) By responding with our feedback/experiences from so many carriers, we (hopefully) contribute to releasing stable builds.

Not seeing Visual Voice Mail in this release. Am I missing something?

For some reason, the VVM cods were omitted from this build. I just copied them from the 448 build and added prior to performing the update. You could also add them via BBSAK.

Thanks.

I wonder if this was really the beta build or if someone 'tweaked' it.

Am thinking I'll go back to previous build. It was fine other then the leaks.

I added the Visual Voice Mail COD files, reapplied the upgrade and everything seems to be working fine so far.

It's only been a couple hours now so we will see how the memory holds up. Previous build needed a battery pull about every 3rd day for me.

Main thing I'm looking for is for the connections to stay on (previously, Bluetooth would turn off randomly when not connected and it seemed UMA was a little slow to take over).

Did a clean install. Wipe the oS and reset factory setting with BBSAK.

Bloomberg Mobile not working anymore: "Uncaught exception: java.lang.Error".
Kobo 4.0 not working

I have Bloomberg Mobile and it's working like a charm.

So far, excepting not knowing why the VVM files weren't there, I'm liking this release. Seems snappy and stable.

I do have problems with LinkedIn starting up (telling me 'Network unavailable' but I've had that problem sinse the first OS6 beta.

E-Mail rendering seems to be broken for me. All HTML emails look like they did on pre-OS6 releases.

Re: Bb 9700 Os 6.0.0.461

Been running this OS on my Berry for a few days now and it seems to be really good, improved battery life, no cursor issues, and I dont see a huge memory leak.
apps I have installed are:
Facebook
MSN messenger
Flashlight
Google Maps
and one theme

I also shrunk my os using BB BOSS OS SHRINKER V1.1 before installing

seems to be the most stable release that I have seen yet of the OS 6 for the 9700
hope to see more and better things with continued releases.
