Re: reload os

Are you following our instructions in the sticky at the top of the 8500 section?

Are you plugged directly into the PC, not connecting via a HUB?

Re: reload os

Just ignore the 507 error the os should still load i reinstalled os 5.0 on a 8520 before i had the error the phone still loaded fine without any problems

when your start the installation process dont press anything on the phone just wait until it installs and reboots

Use the desktop manager to reinstall the OS, the phone is supposed to reboot once its installed

I am unable to wipe 8520. The 552 warning reappears. Problem first occured due to either upgrading Desktop to &.1 and the device software, or after sync device when I removed some newly loaded apps which gave warnings of memory errors.

Re: reload os

Search for and download JL_CMDER and use it to completely wipe out the BlackBerry and then reload the Operating System. Good luck!
