Can no longer send/ receive e-mail from handset.
 

I recently changed the pw on my hotmail account which i use on my BB. The minute I changed it I stopped receiving my e-mails to my phone. I shortly after received an e-mail from BB telling me to:

update the password for my account by

1.clicking the email setup application on your device (I CAN'T FIND THIS!!)
2.visit the blackberry internet service website (which i did and updated my pw but i am still not getting my emails)

I am with vodafone and went back on the bb internet service on my pc today and now can't remember my log on details grrrr.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Gotta log in and change the password in BIS. If you don't know the log in, generally the carrier can help and/or reset it. You will need to call them.
