Re: 10.2.1 update issues
Blackberry has not given a final fix for this but the link has some options to try.
They state this problem is seen when deleting multiple emails at one time. Another bug in a long line of bugs. the link KB35669-When deleting messages from the BlackBerry Hub, messages are deleted from both the BlackBerry Hub and the mail server even though the "Delete On" setting is set to "Handheld Only" or "Prompt" |
Re: 10.2.1 update issues
I'm hearing Verizon gets 10.2.1 on Feb. 4th. I had a pre-release version and it was buggy. I went back to 10.2.0 because of insanely bad battery life and freezes. Fingers crossed that after waiting so long Verizon gets it sorted.

Re: 10.2.1 update issues
Verizon already has 10.2.1.1925. They've had it since the 28th.

Re: 10.2.1 update issues
If it doesn't show just update it with the autoloader from CB. Easy peasy and its the same as the release version.

Re: 10.2.1 update issues
I have spend over 5 hours with BB support to correct this problem. I have reloaded the 10.2.1 operating system twice, and even tried a replacement phone. All to no avail. BB support wanted me to reload the OS a third time- I refused and told them to find a fix. The problem is evidently within 10.2.
The upgrade also interferes with my contacts listing. When I look up contacts from the phone icon, the contacts are alphabetical by first name but listed last name first. Setting the contact format to first, last does not correct the listing. When I open the contacts from the contacts icon on the main screen, the listing is correct. BB needs to fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Voice feedback when using voice commands stopped working with 10.2
