Best router for UMA on Orange UK with no Orange adsl

Hey, what are the best routers for UMA (that are cheap) trying to set up UMA on a 9700 with talktalk as the ISP but won't work.

Can anyone anyone suggest reasonable price rotuer that allow port configuration
