Save 'Premium' Word To Go when resetting BOLD

Hello.

Can anyone help me.

I need to reset my blackberry as the application permissions are not allowing me into my Documents To Go (even after configuring all permissions to 'Allow)

I currently have 'Premium' Documents To Go which a friend installed for me.

If i reset the Bold will it revert to its factory settings and will i lose my 'Premium' Documents To Go.

All the best,
Josh

If you lose it, you should be able to go to the page below to reinstall it. All you need is your registration number.

DocID: 14179 - How do I install Documents To Go on my BlackBerry smartphone?

That's what I do. Or I got into SlidesToGo and from the menu you ought to have an option for "activate premium features" - enter your codes and it is all good.

... but wont this mean I have to pay for the Premium editions again though.

The problem is someone else sorted all this out for me and i dont have the codes to hand!

Are my codes stored anywhere in the phone itself?

Thanks,
Josh

Well... bottom line is that if you wipe BB, you are going to need to reactivate the premium features of documents to go.

The easiest way is if you have the activation code for your licensed copy. Do you have a login with DataVIz, i.e. was the product registered against your email address?

I am not sure if it was registered at the time it was installed!

I have been trying to get hold of this information but am unable to get in touch with the person at present.

I have no code and no access to the datavis website.

Is there any other way... is the code in the phone any where?

Josh

Registration number will be, but not activation code.

From DataViz site:

DataViz product registration numbers are in the form of XXXXXXX-XXXX. The first block of numbers (to the left of the dash) is generally six or seven numeric digits. The second block (to the right of the dash) is always four numeric digits.

If you do not know your registration number, try looking in the following location:

* Under the Help or Options menu of your product. Typically, your registration number can be found in the "About" or "Registration Info" choices under these menus.

Try logging into this site Product downloads available from DataViz

You need your registration code and the surname it would have been registered under. From there you can get activation code etc.
